Every entrepreneur joining the Sicopazx Outreach platform undergoes a multi-stage review process. We do not prioritize member volume; we prioritize the health of the Malaysian entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Verification begins with a registry check. We confirm the legitimacy of domestic business registrations to ensure that mentors and mentees are operating within the legal frameworks of Malaysia. This primary filter removes shell entities and fly-by-night operations that lack a physical or registered presence in the country.

03. Prohibited Spheres
To protect the integrity of the Sicopazx Outreach mission, certain sectors and activities are strictly prohibited. These exclusions are non-negotiable and designed to prevent high-risk speculation from diluting our mentorship resources.
Speculative Models
We prohibit the promotion of high-volatility speculative ventures. Any material involving unregulated digital assets, complex multi-level marketing (MLM) structures, or "get rich quick" schemes is immediate grounds for removal.
Misleading Claims

Predatory Networking
Outreach must be purposeful and consensual. Spamming other members with unsolicited sales pitches or harvesting data for external marketing purposes violates our core operational standards.
Unlicensed Advice
Mentors must stay within the scope of their verified expertise. Providing specialized advice in regulated fields—such as legal or medical services—without proper Malaysian certification is prohibited.
