Operational Protocol

Integrity in
Outreach.

Sicopazx Outreach operates on a foundation of mutual accountability. To maintain a productive environment for Malaysian entrepreneurs, we enforce strict verification standards that prioritize sustainable business growth over hollow networking.

01. The Vetting Architecture

Every entrepreneur joining the Sicopazx Outreach platform undergoes a multi-stage review process. We do not prioritize member volume; we prioritize the health of the Malaysian entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Verification begins with a registry check. We confirm the legitimacy of domestic business registrations to ensure that mentors and mentees are operating within the legal frameworks of Malaysia. This primary filter removes shell entities and fly-by-night operations that lack a physical or registered presence in the country.

Verification Vectors

  • 01 SSM Compliance: Cross-referencing current business status with Companies Commission of Malaysia records.
  • 02 Professional History: Verifying past community contributions and entrepreneurial track records.

02. Content Governance

Community standards are upheld through active content verification. All resources shared—whether they are mentorship guides, networking invitations, or instructional materials—must meet our internal quality thresholds.

We utilize a combination of algorithmic filters and manual oversight to monitor community interactions. This ensures that the advice provided within our mentorship channels stays aligned with ethical entrepreneurship and verified outreach methods.

03. Prohibited Spheres

To protect the integrity of the Sicopazx Outreach mission, certain sectors and activities are strictly prohibited. These exclusions are non-negotiable and designed to prevent high-risk speculation from diluting our mentorship resources.

Speculative Models

We prohibit the promotion of high-volatility speculative ventures. Any material involving unregulated digital assets, complex multi-level marketing (MLM) structures, or "get rich quick" schemes is immediate grounds for removal.

Misleading Claims

Entrepreneurs must provide transparent reporting of their outcomes. Exaggerated success rates, falsified testimonials, or unverifiable ranking claims are strictly forbidden on our networking channels.

Predatory Networking

Outreach must be purposeful and consensual. Spamming other members with unsolicited sales pitches or harvesting data for external marketing purposes violates our core operational standards.

Unlicensed Advice

Mentors must stay within the scope of their verified expertise. Providing specialized advice in regulated fields—such as legal or medical services—without proper Malaysian certification is prohibited.

04. The Reporting Mechanism

The Sicopazx community relies on its members to flag potential violations. If you encounter any activity that contradicts our verification standards or operational ethics, we encourage immediate reporting through our secure platform.
